Can open a private or boarding barn if wanted.
Can only breed 10 foals a year.
Must be active for at least 6 months before being moved up.
Must enter shows (if applicable).
Must take a breeding exam before allowed to be moved up.

Can own unlimited amount of horses.
Can open a breeding barn if wanted.
Can breed unlimited amount of horses.
Must remain active or will be removed from game.
